IKR! I just love how the bands sounds. And that version of Failure is the best one, badass indeed. I just love it
And that concert shows how an acoustic guitar should sound live. On the reunion and stripped back shows the acoustic sounded too weak and not rythmic at all imo.
Yeah this is THE SOUND in my opinion. Whole album, sounding just like that, nobody would have a chance in hell of doing better music than that. Not that they do anyway.

And on there she goes, the sound is so good that it seems like there's strings in the background.

I'd just pass out and die if I ever made anything as good as that. Insane.

Divine voice. Honestly not sure what my favourite version of it is cos it seems there are no bad ones, but probably the single. Way Out single can't be beaten either, just for the way the guitar solo sounds.

True. The way out single is much better. I was so disapointed when i found out that the album version is different.

Talking about TSG single version... Bob Andrews should have produced the album imo. There she goes and the bsides are so well done. Wish we had a full bob andrews album. DAMN IT LEE!

That would have been so good :( Leeeeeeee why are you like this
Gets me so annoyed how the Bob Andrews Feelin' is unfinished without the lead guitar because in all other aspects it's fuckin divine (though I have to agree with Tony and say that local radio one is the best).

The local radio version is indeed the best.

They're laughing at Chris Sharrock (ex Icicle Works drummer who is the one drumming on the tape) not realising everyone could hear him singing and panting during a gig

Thank you

I know who Chris is. I "met" him in Oasis and NGHFB. I didn't know he did that lol

Chris has been in so many good bands ain't he. Legend. Favourite is definitely the Icicle Works though cos I think the best La's drummer was (is?) Neil Mavers.

There she goes is the most perfect song ever written imo. This slowed down version helps proving it.

Aight that riff slowed down is fuckin divine. There She Goes has never been one of my favourite La's tracks but nobody can deny the majesty of that guitar.
