I don't think 'that person' saw them in Sheffield. You'd think, if you were into the band, that you'd hold onto something like this.

I'm guessing this wacky trickster's just got a scan of a signed copy from a mate and the lucky winner will get a book and a photocopy Pritt-Sticked onto the title page.

Complete Balderdash indeed ;)

hard to say, autographs on ebay are a very touchy subject - the guy selling these (Al Wills), is usually a record seller, seems an OK bloke, but you've got to ask - where do you get all these from? he has a constant 6 or 7 page listing on ebay with 1000's of autographs, all from the big/classic/current stars, either he's got a team of people queueing up getting autographs, or he's very well acquainted

the autographs here seem to be along the right lines, a bit messy, but you can never tell, i remember a mate of mine met Noel Gallagher in Harrods whilst he was on a trip to london, he had a tube ticket and got it signed... when he got it back and showed us, it looks like a black squiggle, but y'know, unless you can get a full band to sit down with you and autograph it clearly, thats how it usually is... this guy has perfect autographs, perhaps too perfect... the verve ones look dodgy for a start...

I'm not quite convinced with the Lee Mavers autograph?! Ive loads and can usually spot a fake. Got most band members autographs past and present but none look like these???! My money is on them being fake!

The books signatures are real, i was stood next to this guy after the gig and jay came and took his book and i gave him a flyer. Jay came back 10 minutes later with them signed. No drummer on it though coz he'd gone through to boogie in the other room. He seemed to be a massive fan though so i cant believe he's e-bayed it.
