Can you remember their song, Here I Stand. Top Tune.
I went to see them at a nightclub in Stoke, but they didn't turn up!

Good song to play on an acoustic, although the line 'Pony Tail and Flares' seems a bit dated now?

Cheers,

Yeh they were support on the La's '91 UK tour. The Milltown lads all piled into a pub across the road from Middlesbro' Town Hall where we was all havvin a pre-gig pint, but they musta thought we was hard GEORDIE types coz they clocked us and ran away.

Anyway,I bought their album on tape not long after the show and funnily enough I was listeneing to it a couple of days ago but it hasn't aged well.Sounds a bit dated.Sorry.Got a few DJ 12'' promos and the 'Rarities' version of the Apple Green 12''.

Apple Green. That was a good one.He used to do 'air whisking' when he sang that.Used to have a video of them doing that on Saturday Superstore and on Wogan.
