Yeah I thought that was odd. It should have still been Cammy on lead at that time. Perhaps they played the Academy again later in the year? Or I suppose Barry could've filled in briefly in between Cammy leaving and Boo joining? Or maybe he was just in the audience?

Oh, he probably meant the festival itself then, which would've been in the August. Which is another new date to add if so.

Hi, Neil,

I saw the La's play a fantastic show in Dallas, TX in 1991. I can pinpoint a date for their other Texas appearance in Austin but can you tell me where and when the Dallas gig went down? It's one of my most prized concert experiences. Thanks!

Would love to be able help but unfortunately that's not a date I've come across I'm afraid.

They did play Fitzgerald's in Houston on the 21/08/91 so I would guess it would be somewhere around that date. But I'll keep digging...
