I don't know the Leadmill at all, just didn't know if the 'red t-shirts' would be meeting beforehand. Wouldn't have thought the La's would be on much before 8.30/9 anyway(?) so seems like there'd be time for at least one round. Is there a bar at the venue? Anyone?

Not a bad venue in my opinion. A very long stage I always think. The room is wider than it is deep. Quite a good atmosphere usually. There's a bar in the venue in a room next to the main one with the stage in so you could hear the support act while having a drink if you wanted! Drinks are a bit pricey at the live gigs though. £2.50ish a pint i think.

Just watch the start time folks knowing the leadmill theyll be off stage by 10 as they have a club night after been caught ou there before went to see the coral and missed the hokum clones set and half the bandits set by 8.00 pm not a bad venue really tho the wrong shape too wide and not deep enough shite for photos too dont know why similar size venues ok i presume it has to do with lighting !!!!
see you at the front in my red las t shirt

Thinking of wearing me red t-shirt, have to go on a hunt for it (think I left it at my good lady's house) I'll be getting into Sheffield around 6, is there a meet up anywhere as we'll be looking to kill some time. I think theres a pub on the corner of Leadmill Road/Street/Lane which we'll probably be visiting

Days away now, almost excited enough to piss myself.

Just a quick heads up, a few people have mentioned the pub next door to the leadmill, ive noticed its been shut the last couple of times ive been down there on a Saturday, so i dunno if it will be open tonight, thought id just pass that on. The other nearest pub is the howard opposite the train station, less than 5 minutes walk from Leadmill.
